Medium sized room in big flatshare (3 rooms) with balcony. Partly furnished, Kitchen and Bathroom have all equipment. The apartment has been renovated with much love. Happy to share with you and keep it cozy and clean. My baby is about to be born so I am not working currently// only working a bit for some community projects via phone. I hope to find a lovely person to live with us! Period of time and some other things are still a bit open.
Also for costs, I can give you more specific numbers in a few days and we can discuss safety deposit or anything.
Lichtenberg Weidlingkiez close to S and U Lichtenberg or the bus, next stop is Woennichstr. There are supermarkets and a bakery closeby The house is on the corner of the street with a green backyard (ok maybe not so much in Berlin winter).
Well connected to most parts of Berlin. Stadtteilkommittee Lichtenberg is close which is amazing!
I am usually a quite active person, of course I am currently resting more and will need to stay in and around the house for some time after birth. I love cooking healthy food and value respectful consumerism (trying to buy ok products, minimize waste, ...) but more than this I need a common base line on ethics which comes with a Free Palestine!
