The room is 28 m2 and is furnished with all the necessary furniture (bed, closet, desk..).
It can also be rented empty or partially furnished.
The direction of the two big windows is south so it receives plenty of light all year around.
It is integrated in a 100 m2 3-room appartment in Charlottenburg, with another bedroom, a kitchen with a living/dining area and a balcony.

Die Verkehrsanbindung ist perfekt: S-Bahn Charlottenburg ist 5 min zu Fuß, U7 Wilmersdorfer Str. 3 min zu Fuß, U2 Bismarckstr. 3 min zu Fuß. Dazu noch zahlreiche Busse.
Grunewald 2 S-Bahn Stationen entfernt.
The flat is located on the 4th floor and has plenty of sunlight throughout the year. It is located 5 min walk from S-Bahn Charlottenburg and U2 Bismarckstr. 15 min to Hackescher Markt/Alexanderplatz. You would be sharing the flat with another roommate. The monthly rent is 800€ + 50€ additional costs. Internet flatrate, heating, water, etc are included. There are two cats living in the appartment. They are very nice and amicable to be stroke and fed. There is a possibility to rent the whole appartment after december 24. The neighbours are great and meet regularly.
