The apartment is very large, has two bathrooms, a perfectly equipped kitchen and a balcony. We can also climb onto the roof using a ladder and watch sunsets over Berlin 😊 The apartment is located in Lausitzerstraße in Kreuzberg, near Görlitzer Bahnhof.
All shopping options are within walking distance! You will find everything in the apartment to feel comfortable. Of course also good company:
Moritz(23), Julian(28) and Jin(28) live with me. Moritz cooks incredibly well and is a trained chef. Jin comes from Korea and currently works from home as a teacher. Julian is an artist and works with Moritz at “Wanda”, a brunch location on the same street.
We are not a party-WG. Still, we like to sit together on the balcony in the evening and chat. It is important to us that you are easy-going, clean and communicative, of course you can also just do your own thing and find enough space and time for yourself here! Everyone is super helpful and kind :) 😊 Feel free to enjoy Berlin!!!

Hallo Zusammen,
Gemütliches und sehr helles Zimmer zu vermieten.
Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, hat zwei Badezimmer, eine perfekt eingerichtete Küche und einen Balkon. Außerdem könnt wir über eine Leiter aufs Dach und Sonnenuntergänge über Berlin anschauen 😊 Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Lausitzerstraße in Kreuzberg, nähe Görlitzer Bahnhof.
Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen 😊 Ihr findet alles in der Wohnung um euch wohl zu fühlen.
Natürlich auch gute Gesellschaft:
Mit mir zusammen wohnen Moritz(23), Julian(28) und Jin(28). Moritz kocht unglaublich gut und ist ausgebildeter Koch. Jin kommt aus Korea und arbeitet derzeit im Homeoffice als Lehrerin. Julian ist Künstler und arbeitet gleichzeitig mit Moritz zusammen bei „Wanda“, einer Brunchlocation in der gleichen Straße.
Wir sind keine Party-WG. Trotzdem sitzen wir gerne mal abends zusammen auf dem Balkon und quatschen. Uns ist es wichtig dass du entspannt bist, sauber und kommunikativ, du kannst aber auch easy dein Ding machen und findest hier genug Ruhe und Zeit für dich! Alle sind super hilfsbreit und lieb :) Alles kann nichts muss. 😊 Fühl dich frei Berlin zu genießen!!!
Das Einzugs- und Auszugsdatum kann natürlich noch etwas angepasst werden.
