Hübsches Zimmer im obersten Stockwerk, möbliertes Dachgeschoss mit kleinem Balkonfenster. Ideal für Studenten, Angestellte oder Praktikanten, aber jeder, der seinen Platz braucht und von zu Hause aus arbeiten kann. Das Zimmer ist ca. 16. M² mit einem Doppelbett.
Die Wohnung besteht aus 2 Schlafzimmern, einer kleinen Küche ohne Tisch, einem Badezimmer und einem kleinen Zwischengeschoss, das als kleines Wohnzimmer dient.
Ich gehe ab dem 17. Januar 2025 (flexible Rückkehr) für zwei Monate ins Ausland und möchte mein Zimmer in dieser Zeit untervermieten, weshalb eine Anmeldung nicht möglich ist.
Während meiner Abwesenheit würdest du bei meinem Mitbewohner wohnen, einem super netten und lustigen italienischen Maler (auch wenn er nicht die ganze Zeit zu Hause ist).
Ich bevorzuge eine Einzelperson und wenn möglich keine Partyperson.
Ich möchte, dass wir uns vor dem Einzug physisch treffen, wir werden einen Vertrag zwischen uns unterschreiben und die Kaution und Miete werden erst danach bezahlt (keine Vorauszahlungen, ich bin kein Scam).

Lovely room on the top floor, under the roof, furnished with small balcony window. Ideal for students, employees or trainees, but anyone who needs their own space and can work from home. The room is approx. 16. M² with a double bed.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a small kitchen without dining table, a bathroom, and a small mezzanine which serves as a small living room.
I'm going abroad for two months from January 17, 2025 (flexible return) and would like to sublet my room during this time, which is why anmeldung is not possible.
While I'm away, you'll be living with my roommate, a very nice and funny Italian painter (even if he's not at home all the time).
I prefer a single person, and if possible not a party person.
I would like us to meet physically before moving in, we will sign a contract between us and the payment of the deposit and rent will only be done after that (no payment in advance, I'm not a scam).
