Hallo du,
in unserer WG wird mein Zimmer zum 15.11. für 4 1/2 Monate zur Zwischenmiete frei, da ich (Janina) reisen gehe. Falls du schon ein paar Tage früher einziehen möchtest ist das auch kein Problem :)
Dein Zimmer zum Innenhof ist 12qm groß und ausgestattet mit einem großen Bett (1.40x2m), Kommode und Kleiderstange für deine Klamotten und einem Schreibtisch & Schreibtischstuhl. Bettwäsche kannst du auch gerne von mir benutzen. Daneben gibt es noch eine geräumige Küche, die komplett ausgestattet ist und in der wir gerne gemeinsam kochen.
Mir wäre es sehr wichtig, dass du dich gut um meine 3-4 verbliebenen Pflanzis kümmerst.
Falls das für dich passend klingt, schreibe mir doch kurz eine kleine Nachricht mit ein paar Worten zu dir und was dir am WG Leben wichtig ist :)

Hello there,
my room in our shared flat will be available for interim rent for 4 1/2 months on 15.11., as I (Janina) am going traveling. If you want to move in a few days earlier, that's no problem :)
Your room facing the inner courtyard is 12 qm and equipped with a large bed (1.40x2m), chest of drawers and clothes rail for your clothes and a desk & desk chair. You can also use my bed linen. There is also a spacious kitchen, which is fully equipped and where we like to cook together. The flat share consists of 3 rooms plus kitchen and bathroom.
It would be very important to me that you take good care of my 3-4 remaining plants.
If this sounds suitable for you, please write me a short message with a few words about yourself and what is important to you about living in a shared flat :)

Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe der U-Bahn-Station Birkenstraße, die Ringbahn ist ca. 8 Minuten und die Spree 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Außerdem gibt es diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars, kleine Cafés und alles was man sonst noch braucht.

The apartment is close to the Birkenstraße subway station, the Ringbahn is about 8 minutes away and the Spree is a 15-minute walk. There are also various shops, bars, small cafés and everything else you need.
Deine neue tolle Mitbewohnerin wird Friedi (28) sein:
Sie hat gerade ihren Master in Psychologie begonnen. Daneben arbeitet sie in einem Café und singe in einem Chor. Sie ist ein super lieber und offener Mensch, mit dem man sehr gut lange Küchengespräche führen kann. Ihr ist ein harmonischer und respektvoller Umgang sehr wichtig. Wir schauen zusammen, dass wir die WG sauber und ordentlich halten und haben einen Putzplan:)

She has just started her Master's degree in psychology. She also works in a café and sings in a choir. She is a super sweet and open person who is great to have long kitchen conversations with. A harmonious and respectful interaction is very important to her. We pay attention to a balanced cleaning routine and make sure that we keep the shared flat clean and tidy.
