A warm, cozy and clean apartment in Prenzlauer berg.
I am looking for someone who can use it responsibly and cleanly as if it were their own home, even for a short period of time.

It is about 4-5 stops from the pretty neighborhood of Mauerpark, so the neighborhood is pretty, quiet, and peaceful.
There are tram stations within 5 minutes from the house,
- 12 mins to Alexanderplatz by tram (M2)
- 30 mins to Berlin Hbf by tram (12 -> M10)
- 25 mins to Friedrichstr by tram (12) without transfer.
[Furniture]
The house consists of a kitchen (shared), a bathroom + shower (shared), my room (to be rented), and my roommate's room.
My room has a bed, a closet, and a desk.
There is a refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a washing machine in the shared kitchen.
(For your information, the refrigerator, dishwasher, and washing machine are all new, so they work very well :) )
I also moved in recently, so I don't have a lot of furniture, but I don't think it will be inconvenient for a short-term stay. I plan to leave some of the closet empty so that you can use it.
