hi :) there is a balcony connected to the kitchen. you will be sharing the kitchen and bathroom and balcony with a 35 y/o canadian/hungarian man. he works, he is very nice and easy to live with. i will be abroad for this time so it will be only the two of you. the top two shelves in your room will be used to store some things, but most of the shelf space will be free. there is also a heavy sewing machine in the corner which cannot be moved. we have not yet organised the room properly, but there will definitely be plenty of room for your things and we will try to make it as cosy as possible. the room has a very nice courtyard facing window.
600 euro deposit and 600 euros for the entire period from december 5- january 9.
