Wir sind eine 4er Flinta*-WG und wohnen gemeinschaftlich zusammen – uns ist offene Kommunikation und Caring füreinander wichtig. Wir sind zwischen 27 und 32 Jahre alt und machen unterschiedliche Dinge zwischen Studium, Arbeit, Hobbies, Aktivismus und zuhause chillen. Jetzt suchen wir ein*e neue Mitbewohner*in für ein sweetes Miteinander. Unsere Wohnung liegt im ruhigen Soldiner Kiez, nur ein paar Minuten von der grünen Panke entfernt, an der man super spazieren oder laufen gehen kann. Öffis, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und nette Cafés sind fussläufig zu erreichen.

Spacious, bright apartment with 110m², your room is 19m² plus a balcony, unfurnished, and costs €670/month all-inclusive. There’s a large eat-in kitchen with a chill area and a dishwasher, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub. Temporary sublet until the end of April 2025 (expected).

We are a 4-person FLINTA* shared flat living together in a community-focused way – open communication and caring for one another are important to us. We’re between 27 and 32 years old, doing a mix of studying, working, pursuing hobbies, engaging in activism, and relaxing at home. Now we’re looking for a new roommate to join our cozy, communal living. Our apartment is located in the quiet Soldiner Kiez, just a few minutes from the green Panke, which is perfect for walks or runs. Public transport, grocery stores, and nice cafés are all within walking distance.
