Das Zimmer ist mit einem Bett mit Matraze, einem Schreibtisch mit Stuhl und Tischlampe, einer Couch mit Couchtisch, einem Kleidungsschrank und einem Regal ausgestattet.

The room is furnished with a bed with mattress, a desk with chair and table lamp, a couch with coffee table, a wardrobe and a shelf.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Hufelandstraße im Prenzlauer Berg. Die Straße hat einige kleine Cafes und Restaurants. Sie gehört zum ruhigsten Teil des Prenzlauer Bergs und ist dennoch in der Mitte Berlins. Die nächste Tramstation (M4 Hufelandstraße) ist zwei Minuten entfernt und von dort ist man in 5 Minuten am Alexanderplatz oder am Ring. In nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß ist man im Volkspark Friedrichshain.
The apartment is located on Hufelandstraße in Prenzlauer Berg. The street has several small cafes and restaurants. It belongs to the quietest part of Prenzlauer Berg and is still in the center of Berlin. The nearest streetcar station (M4 Hufelandstraße) is two minutes walking distance and from there you can be at Alexanderplatz or the Ring in 5 minutes. The Volkspark Friedrichshain is just a five-minute walk away.
In der Wohnung lebst du mit meinen zwei Mitbewohnern zusammen. Wir kochen regelmäßig zusammen und verbringen gerne mal einen Abend zusammen. Aber nichts ist zwanghaft und man kann sich gut zurückziehen und Zeit für sich selbst haben.

Das Zimmer wird wegen eines Auslandssemsters in Kanada untervermietet. Der Mietpreis beträgt 640 Euro warm. Darin ist bereits alles inkludiert (Wasser, Heizung, WLAN, etc.). Wenn wir Nachzahlungen haben, teilen wir diese untereinander auf. Bisher ist das noch nicht der Fall gewesen. Der Mietpreis ist die gleiche Summe, der eigentliche Bewohner zahlt, also ohne Aufschlag. Als Kaution ist 1280 angesetzt, also eine doppelte Monatsmiete..
