I'm looking to sublet my room in a large, fully equipped apartment in Moabit from 25. nov or 1. dez. for 6 months.
**Apartment Details:**
- **Size:** 150 sqm
- **Location:** Moabit, 10 minutes to Hauptbahnhof, 15 minutes to Ku'damm, and 10 minutes to the University.
- **Transport:** Excellent public transport connections, including S-Bahn, U-Bahn, 5 bus lines, and a new tram line nearby.
- **Amenities:** The neighborhood offers plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, and cafes and some clubs as well...
**Room Details:**
- **Size:** 40 sqm
- **Furniture:** Massive wooden furniture, including a king-size boxspring bed (180 x 200 cm).
- **Equipment:** 55-inch smart TV, two fridges, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, robot vacuum, coffee machine, juicer. Everything you need is here, except for bedsheets and pillows.
- **Extras:** Access to a private rooftop with camping chairs and a small barbecue—a perfect spot for relaxing in the summer.
**About the Apartment:**
- **Shared Spaces:** Huge 24 sqm kitchen, large bathroom, and an additional separate toilet.
- **WG Life:** The atmosphere in the WG is very relaxed. In your room, you'll have complete peace and won't hear anything from the others. If you're in the mood for a chat or a beer, we usually gather in the kitchen or on the roof. We also enjoy going out together when time allows. The WG is a quiet place, and everyone is mindful of cleanliness, ensuring that shared spaces are always tidy. We follow a cleaning schedule, with each room responsible for cleaning the common areas every 4 weeks. Cleanliness is a must in this WG. We all work and have different schedules, so it's not uncommon to go a few days without seeing anyone.
**What We’re Looking For:**
- Someone clean, respectful, and easy-going, who fits in and enjoys living in our shared flat.

all public transports available. s Bahn( ring Bahn,( subway, tram, busses all close by, a huge variation of grocery stores, restaurants and some pubs in a view minutes to reach. the apartment is close to the central station, Tiergarten and Kudamm. inside the ring
WG-Leben
We are all good with each other and when time allows it, we drink some beers together, chill on the roof or go clubbing. but if you want your privacy you have it as well as the apartment is generally quiet.

I'm in Thailand right now so if you are interested we can have a quick videocall and after that you can visit the apartment and meet my flatmates
