Das Zimmer ist perfekt ausgerichtet, hell und voll möbliert mit großen Schränken, Arbeitstisch, TV, Bett, etc. Sie brauchen nur Ihre Sachen mitzubringen, alles andere ist bereits in der Wohnung vorhanden. Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirr, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, etc. und ein Badezimmer, das mit dem zweiten Mitbewohner geteilt wird. Es gibt auch einen sehr ruhigen und süßen Hund in der Wohnung, so wäre es toll, wenn Sie hundefreundlich sind. € 650 ist die Warmmiete pro Monat und € 650 ist auch die Kaution, die Sie an den zweiten Mitbewohner zahlen, da er der Hauptmieter ist.

Sie werden die Wohnung mit Robert teilen, der Botanik und Pflanzwissenschaften studiert. Der Zusammenhalt miteinander ist sehr angenehm und wir frühstücken und essen auch manchmal zusammen. Überhaupt haben wir eine sehr freundliche Atmosphäre in der Wohnung. Da ich meine Eltern zu mir einlade, ziehe ich aus dieser Wohnung aus.
