We are both professionals who sometimes work from home. We are quiet and clean. We both travel for work, and I will be away for most of this time, so it will just be you + 1 other person in this huge apartment. Adult professionals, quiet lifestyle, respectful atmosphere.
This is a unique opportunity to live in a massive 5-room altbau wohnung mostly alone or with one other person.
