It’s one of those places where you just move in and immediately feel at home! It's clean and tidy, so we’d love to host someone who respects that and is preferably vegetarian or vegan 🌱.

Located in a peaceful part of Steglitz, the flat is just a 5-7 minute walk to Schloßstraße, one of Berlin's best shopping streets. You'll find:
Plenty of restaurants, shops, and cozy hangout spots 🛍️☕
A local market on Wednesdays and Saturdays
Getting around is super easy:
Bus 170 (a few steps from the house) takes you directly to Rathaus Steglitz, connecting you to U-Bahn U9 and S-Bahn 🚍
Grocery stores like Lidl (just behind the house) and Aldi (a short walk) make life convenient 🛒
There are also pharmacies, bars, and restaurants nearby for anything you might need. However, it's important to note that this is not a party house – so please respect the space, the housemate, and the building's tenants. Keeping gatherings outside would be much appreciated! 😊
