da ich beruflich für drei Monate außerhalb Berlins bin, möchte ich mein schönes großes Zimmer in unserer 2er-WG untervermieten.
Zeitraum: 01.12. - 28.02.
Anmeldung ist leider NICHT möglich.
Das Zimmer:
24 m², voll möbliert – die Möbel, die ihr auf den Bildern seht, stehen euch während des gesamten Zeitraums zur Verfügung.
Es befindet sich im Erdgeschoss einer ruhigen und gepflegten Altbauwohnung.
Die Wohnung:
Eine Küche, ausgestattet mit allem, was man zum Kochen braucht (Spülmaschine, Herd, großer Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, etc).
In der Miete sind sämtliche Kosten enthalten (Strom, WLAN, Nebenkosten).
Lage:
Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen von Kreuzberg, nur 6 Gehminuten vom Görlitzer Bahnhof entfernt.
In der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Paketshops und die bekannte Markthalle 9.

Hello everyone,
Since I will be working outside of Berlin for three months, I would like to sublet my beautiful, spacious room in our 2-person flatshare.
Rental Period: December 1st - February 28th. Registration is unfortunately NOT possible.

24 m², fully furnished – all the furniture you see in the pictures will be available to you for the entire rental period.
Located on the ground floor of a quiet, well-maintained old building.
The Flat:
A kitchen equipped with everything you need for cooking (dishwasher, stove, large fridge, microwave, etc.).
The rent includes all costs (electricity, Wi-Fi, utilities).
Location:
The flat is located in the heart of Kreuzberg, just a 6-minute walk from Görlitzer Bahnhof.
There are numerous shopping options, package shops, and the famous Markthalle 9 in the area.
