I am Luisa and working most of the time from home. I have a 72 m2 in Schönauser Allee and 2 big rooms. I am renting one of 2 rooms for 2 months starting from the 1st of April 2025 (flexible) to the end of May.
The room is big, around 22 m2.
I live with my cat Dino :) So, you need to like cats as he is the house mate n.1. This means that I expect someone treating him with respect and to cuddle him every now and then ;).
I am working for a tech company and my hobbies are music, indeed I currently have 2 bands, play bass, sing and traveling. I am not much for parties but more for live concerts. I do not have people around the flat many times, just my closest friends every now and then. I am very easy going and usually silent. I like a clean place, but I'm not obsessed.
The total rent for a room would be 580 euros, including everything (electricity/WiFi/gas/etc etc).
I am Vegan and I prefer people that do not eat meat living here. Vegetarian is absolutely fine!
