Hey! I’m Daniel, a true Berliner, but I’ve just returned from Tokyo, where I spent the past five years. I speak five languages and would be happy to welcome international flatmates as well as fellow Berliners looking for an interesting flatshare.

I’m currently working on my own startup, so I have a pretty flexible daily routine. If you’re also in a creative or entrepreneurial field, we could definitely have some exciting exchanges! I’m flexible when it comes to flatshare life – whether it’s cooking or chatting together now and then, or everyone doing their own thing. What’s important to me is a relaxed and respectful atmosphere. I appreciate cleanliness, but I’m not a fan of strict rules – the main thing is that we both feel comfortable.

Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert – du kannst einfach mit deinem Koffer einziehen. Highspeed-Internet, Strom, Wasser und Heizung sind in der Pauschalmiete von 750 Euro bereits enthalten.

Ich weiß, dass es vor allem für internationale Leute oft schwierig ist, Nachweise wie Bonitätsauskunft oder Schufa (solicitar ahora) vorzulegen. Deshalb halte ich den Prozess möglichst unkompliziert: Alles, was ich benötige, ist eine Kopie deines Ausweises, damit ich weiß, mit wem ich es zu tun habe. Außerdem bitte ich um eine Kaution von zwei Monatsmieten, die du bei deinem Auszug vollständig zurückbekommst – solange alles in Ordnung ist. Für mich zählt vor allem, dass die Miete pünktlich und zuverlässig gezahlt wird, den ganzen Bürokratiekram können wir uns sparen.

Falls du ein Auto hast, kannst du bei Bedarf einen Bewohner-Parkausweis beantragen, um die Parksituation zu erleichtern.

The apartment is fully furnished – you can move in with just your suitcase. High-speed internet, electricity, water, and heating are all included in the flat rent of €750.

I understand that it can be difficult, especially for internationals, to provide documents like credit reports or Schufa (solicitar ahora) . That’s why I like to keep things simple: all I need is a copy of your ID so I know who I’m dealing with. Additionally, I ask for a security deposit of two months' rent, which will be fully refunded when you move out, as long as everything is in order. For me, the most important thing is that rent is paid punctually and reliably – no need for unnecessary bureaucracy.

If you have a car, you can apply for a resident parking permit to make parking more convenient.
