A bit last minute but my roommate and I are looking for a new person to occupy our third room that becomes available and live with us and our good energy in our apartment "The Funky June" from December until February with possibility of extension.
Located 2min from the Karl-Marx-Str stop in the heart of Nk.
The rent is 365€ with a deposit of 490€.

Spacious and bright 20m2 room for rent from December to the end of February ✨ The room is part of a 110m2 apartment ideally located on Karl-Marx Str., NK, close to all amenities and lively street life (stores, supermarkets, bars and restaurants).
You'll share the apartment with Maya and Dinaly With both of them, daily life in the WG is really sweet.
Maya is a multidisciplinary designer and inspirational tattoo artist from the UK. Her upbeat personality, fantastic imitations and curiosity for all crafts have brought a lot of life to our space. To top it all off, she's deservedly the WG's best cook 🍜
Di is a committed social worker from France and Cameroon. A connoisseur of the city's grooviest parties, she'll tell you everything you need to know for a funky night out in Berlin. In her cozy days, she enjoys good books, a good vermouth in hand, and her presence has made life in the WG really warm ✨.
Our space is quite unique as we share and spend a lot of time together, both inside and outside the WG. We're looking for a like-minded person willing to contribute to my WG in many ways to build a cohesive and welcoming space. In this sense, we give priority to FLINTA, BIPOC and/or Queer people.
