I’m subletting my fully furnished room in a 2-room flat in Lichtenberg for two months (December and January).
The flat is in a convenient location—just a 5-minute walk from the S+U Lichtenberg station. There are also a couple of bus stops right outside, along with a Rewe supermarket and a pharmacy (Apotheke) directly in front of the building.
The room is spacious, cozy, and stays comfortably warm during winter (heating is, of course, included). The mattress is super comfy for restful nights. There’s plenty of storage for your belongings, including a hanger and a chest of drawers. If you’re into music, the room comes with a quality sound system (audio monitors, an interface, and a dj booth). There’s also a beamer for cozy movie nights.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need: a microwave, electric stove, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, and more.
You’ll be sharing the flat with Paco (31), who studies at Uni and works part-time from home. He’s laid-back, friendly, and enjoys cooking often. He speaks Spanish, English and German.
Please note that Anmeldung (registration) is not possible, as I’m subletting the room during the holidays. Feel free to reach out if you’re interested or have any questions!
