Hello, I’m renting out the second room in my 67sqm apartment between S-Bhf Wedding and S-Bhf Humboldthain (both within 5-7 min walk). Shared kitchen (16sqm) and bathroom 7sqm with bathtub.
4th floor and very bright (Berlin winter is Berlin winter though :)
I only moved here in summer, and the apartment still needs some improvements like lamps, shelves, more plants, but it has everything that’s needed. Bonus points if you are good with that stuff and can provide some ideas and inspiration. I'll take care of the implementation. :)
I work as a carpenter, so I'm out to work most days, but sometimes also have to do paperwork at home (self-employed).
Like to cook in the evenings when I'm not too tired. I haven't lived in a WG in a long while now, but I'm excited to try again!
