Die WG hat zwei Zimmer, beide in etwa gleich groß. Mein Zimmer hat einen Balkon, der aber natürlich mitgenutzt werden kann :)
Die Möbel in deinem Zimmer sind ein Bett, Schreibtisch und ein großer Schrank mit viel Stauraum. Zusätzliche Möbel können natürlich besorgt, die alten aber leider nicht entfernt werden. Schreibtisch und Stuhl, die auf dem Foto zu sehen sind, sind meine, ich stelle aber noch einen anderen ins Zimmer.
Küche und Bad sind klein, sollten aber alles haben, was man so braucht.
Es gibt einen Fahrstuhl, der aber gerne auch mal streikt.

The WG has two rooms, both about the same size. My room has a balcony, but of course you can also use it :)
The furniture in your room is a bed, desk and a large wardrobe with plenty of storage space. Additional furniture can of course be purchased, but unfortunately the old furniture cannot be removed. The desk and chair shown in the photo are mine, but I will put another one in the room.
The kitchen and bathroom are small, but should have everything you need.
There is an elevator, but it sometimes breaks down.
Direkt am Fritz Schloss Park. In etwa 5 Minuten von der nächsten Tram (Kriminalgericht) und 20 Minuten zu Fuß vom HBF.
Man ist son bisschen im Supermarkt Loch, da Edeka, Penny und Kaufland alle ca 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt sind. Man kann aber mit der Tram eine Station in beide Richtungen fahren und dann ist man da.
Ansonsten liegt das Haus in einer verkehrsberuhigten Zone und man wird maximal von Kindern oder Krähen geweckt.

Directly at Fritz Schloss Park. About 5 minutes from the nearest streetcar (Kriminalgericht) and a 20-minute walk from the main station.
You are a bit in the supermarket hole, as Edeka, Penny and Kaufland are all about 15 minutes away on foot. But you can take the streetcar one stop in both directions and then you're there.
Apart from that, the house is in a traffic-calmed zone and you will only be woken up by children or crows.
Wird sich zeigen schätze ich :) Gerne zusammen essen, einkaufen, Musik machen, rausgehen etc! Gemeinschaftsraum ist wahrscheinlich die Küche, wenn auch etwas klein. Mein Zimmer und der Balkon kann in jedem Fall auch gerne genutzt werden.
Die Wände zu den Nachbarn sind recht dünn, deswegen sind dicke Partys eher schwierig. Abends ein paar Leute einladen sollte aber kein Problem sein.

We'll see, I guess :) Happy to eat together, shop, make music, go out etc! The common room is probably the kitchen, even if it is a bit small. My room and the balcony can also be used in any case.
The walls to the neighbors are quite thin, so big parties are rather difficult. However, inviting a few people over in the evening shouldn't be a problem.
Die Wohnung ist nicht meine sondern ich bin ebenfalls zur Untermiete. Die Wohnung ist daher leider ohne Anmeldung. Es ist geplant, die Wohnung nach Februar zu übernehmen. Der Hauptmieter hatte bereits angeboten, dass er mich vorschlagen würde.
Das ist aber nicht 100% sicher, weswegen die Wohnung erstmal nur für die Monate Dezember-Februar vermietet werden kann. Mehr Infos dazu gerne persönlich.

The apartment is not mine but I am also subletting. The apartment is therefore unfortunately without registration (Anmeldung). The plan is to take over the apartment after February. The main tenant has already offered to recommend me.
However, this is not 100% certain, which is why the apartment can only be rented for the months of December-February for the time being. I would be happy to provide more information personally.
