Es ist das größte Zimmer der Wohnung. Es handelt sich um ein großes lichtdurchflutetes Zimmer mit direktem Zugang zu der großen Terrasse. Es ist vollkommen möbiliert und ausgestattet mit einem neuen Doppelbett mit einer sehr qualitativen Matratze, Nachtschrank, einem modernen höhenverstellbaren Schreibtisch und einem ergometrischen Schreibtischstuhl (befinden sich nicht auf dem Foto, da sie noch im anderen Zimmer sind) und einem großen geräumigen Kleiderschrank.

It is the largest room in the apartment. It is a light-flooded room with direct access to the large terrace. It is fully furnished and equipped with a new double bed with a very high quality mattress, bedside cabinet, a modern height-adjustable desk and an ergometric desk chair (not shown in the picture, cause they are still in the other room) and a large spacious closet.
7 Minuten von der S-Bahnstation Plänterwald, ca. 1 km vom Treptower Park und direkt beim Plänterwald und damit ideal für ausgiebige Spaziergänge und auch sehr als Joggingstrecke geeignet. Auch der Bahnhof Köllnische Heide ist gut fußläufig erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich enizelne Restaurants, mehrere Netto und ein Blumenladen, insgesamt eher eine ruhige Gegend, wobei man aber schnell im Neuköllner Trubel ist. Nach Neukölln sind es genau 500 m und auch der Bahnhof Sonnenallee ist nicht weit.

7 minutes from Plänterwald S-Bahn station, approx. 1 km from Treptower Park and right next to Plänterwald, making it ideal for long walks and also very suitable for jogging. The Köllnische Heide train station is also within easy walking distance. There are some restaurants, several Netto stores and a flower store in the immediate vicinity, making it a quiet area overall, although you can quickly reach the hustle and bustle of Neukölln. Neukölln is exactly 500 m away and the Sonnenallee train station is not far either.
Ich muss leider Berlin für eine kürzere Zeit verlassen. In der WG wohnt Kim, ein guter Freund von mir, der momentan für ein Musikpraktikum in Berlin ist. Er ist sehr umgänglich, rücksichtsvoll und kocht sehr gut. Gerne verbringen wir ein paar entspannte Abende in der großen Wohnküche oder kochen zusammen in der wirklich geräumigen und modernen Küche, allerdings sind wir auch beide viel beschäftigt und unterwegs.
Zum Entspannen lädt die gemütliche Couch und der Beamer ein, dabei kommt Home Kino Atmosphäre auf. Am schönsten ist allerdings die 12m2 große Terrasse, die du, wenn es dir nicht zu kalt sein sollte zum Grillen, rauchen oder wozu auch immer nutzen kannst. Alternativ oder kumulativ kannst du im Winter in der großen Badewanne entspannen. Es gibt noch viel Platz zum Verstauen im Abstellraum
Plus der Wohnung ist auch die komfortable Fußbodenheizung und das sie wirklich mit den neuesten Geräten ausgestattet ist.

Unfortunately, I have to leave Berlin for a short time. Kim, a good friend of mine who is currently in Berlin for a music internship, lives in the shared flat. He is sociable, considerate and cooks very well. We like to spend a few relaxed evenings in the large eat-in kitchen or cook together in the really spacious and modern kitchen, but we are also both very busy and on the go.
The cozy couch and the projector invite you to relax, creating a home cinema atmosphere. The best thing, however, is the 12m2 terrace, which you can use for barbecues, smoking or whatever else you like, if it's not too cold. Alternatively or cumulatively, you can relax in the large bathtub in winter. There is a lot of space in the apartment's storage room.
The apartment also has comfortable underfloor heating and is equipped with the latest appliances.
Meldet euch gerne bei Interesse. Bezüglich Ein- und Auszug bin ich flexibel, weil ich noch nicht weiß, wann ich zurück nach Berlin kommen kann.
