Das Zimmer hat einen eigenen Balkon mit toller Aussicht auf Neukölln. Das Zimmer ist Licht durchflutet. Das Zimmer liegt an der Braunschweigerstrasse. Geräuschpegel hält sich in Grenzen da wir sehr hoch sind. Das Zimmer kommt komplett möbliert, du musst dich also um nichts Sorgen machen. Ein paar Pflanzen leben auch im hier. Wir wünschen uns, das du liebevoll mit Ihnen umgehst. Es gibt WLAN in der WG.

The room has its own balcony with a great view of Neukölln. It is filled with natural light and located on Braunschweigerstraße. Noise levels are manageable since we are on a high floor. The room is fully furnished, so you don’t need to worry about anything. A few plants also live here; we want you to care for them lovingly. There is a unlimited internet connection.
Perfect angebunden. Direkt an der S Sonnenalle (S41/S42) 5 Gehminuten. Sowie Busse. Lidl, Netto in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ein tolles Cafe auf dem Weg zur S Bahn=)

Perfectly connected. Just a 5-minute walk to S Sonnenallee (S41/S42) as well as buses. Lidl and Netto are nearby, and there’s a lovely café on the way to the S-Bahn. 😊
Du wirst mit Szolt leben. Ein energetischer, wissbegieriger Student/Teilzeit-worker. Er spricht deutsch, english und ungarisch. Er studiert unter anderem Politikwissenschaften und arbeitet nebenher mit Menschen mit mentaler Beeinträchtigung. Er geht auch gerne zum Bouldern und ist immer für ein Plauschchen am Morgen in der Küche anzutreffen=) Rauchen nur auf dem Balkon erlaubt.

You will be living with Szolt, an energetic and curious student/part-time worker. He speaks German, English, and Hungarian. He studies political science, among other things, and works with individuals with mental disabilities. Szolt also enjoys bouldering and is always up for a morning chat in the kitchen. 😊Smoking only on the balcony.
