Mein Mitbewohner wird für ein paar Monate weg sein und deshalb sein Zimmer untervermieten.
Das Zimmer hat viel vertikalen Platz und einen schönen Holzboden, was es sehr gemütlich macht. Du hast dein eigenes Zimmer, teilst dir aber Bad und Küche mit einer anderen Person.
Der Mitbewohner, dessen Zimmer Sie übernehmen werden, ist Isra, ein 54-jähriger Salsa-Lehrer, der für ein paar Monate zu seiner Familie nach Kuba zurückkehrt, so dass wir jemanden brauchen, der sich um sein Zimmer kümmert.
Smomking ist nicht erlaubt und wir suchen jemanden, der verantwortungsvoll mit fremden Möbeln und Gegenständen umgehen kann.
Die Besichtigungstermine sind Montag und Dienstag Abend nächster Woche.

Furnished room available for subletting from 12th of december for 3 months (possibly 4 months). No registration.
My roomate will be away for a few months and so he is subletting his room.
The room has a lot of vertical space and a beautifull wooden floor which make it quite cozy. You will have your own room but share a bathroom and kitchen with one other person.
The roomate who's room you will be taking is Isra, he is a 54 year old salsa teacher and is going back to Cuba to his family for a few months so we need someone to look after his room.

Die WG befindet sich im schönen Wilmersdorf und ist nur wenige Gehminuten von der U7 und der U9 entfernt. Ansonsten ist man mit dem Fahrrad in ca. 5 Minuten bei der Ringbahn. Auf der anderen Straßenseite gibt es einen Edeka, der 24 Stunden geöffnet hat und einen Lidl.

The WG is located in beautifull Wilmersdorf and is only a few minutes walk from the u7 and the u9. Otherwise it takes about 5 minutes to go to the ringbahn by bike. Across the street is an Edeka which is open 24 hours and also a Lidl.
Du wirst mit mir, Sieds, zusammenleben. Ich bin ein 23 Jahre alter Mathe-Student aus Amsterdam. Ich mache ein Erasmus-Jahr in Berlin und bin daher viel unterwegs, um die Stadt zu erkunden, aber ich bin auf jeden Fall bereit für einen Plausch in der Küche oder ein gelegentliches Bier, wenn ich dich sehe! Zu meinen Leidenschaften gehören Bergsteigen, Radfahren und Gitarre spielen. Allerdings muss ich zugeben, dass ich die meiste Zeit in Berlin entweder mit Lernen, im Fitnessstudio oder in einer Bar verbringe.
Ich spreche Deutsch, aber ich würde es im Allgemeinen vorziehen, mich auf Englisch zu unterhalten.

You will be living together with me, Sieds. I am a 23 year old math student from the Amsterdam. I am doing an Erasmus for one year in Berlin so I am away from home a lot exploring the city, however I am definitely up for a chat in the kitchen or the occasional beer when I see you! My passions include mountaineering, cycling and and playing guitar. Though I must admit most of my time in Berlin is spent either studying, in the gym or in a bar.
I speak German but I would generally prefer to talk in English.
