We are a german/chilean „family“: 2 adults and an 8 years old boy, living in a 120 m2 flat in an old building next to Görlitzer Park in Kreuzberg.
We are searching for nice flatmate a woman or a man, diverse, standing firmly in life, open in spirit and mature, humorous, independent, self-reliant and reliable from Januar 1st, 2024 for long term.
You are responsible, flexible, communicative, clean, able to take household activities and you like a family atmosphere.
It would be great if you also bring the desire for togetherness. However, this may unfold naturally and freely and without rigid patterns, easy going, as it fits and as it arises...
For us, the flat is place to retreat and relax from the hustle and bustle of the city, although it's right in the middle of Kreuzberg.We take care of it together and have a cleaning schedule to keep the flat clean.
The most important thing:
Living with a child is for you not only ok, but can be embraced with humor, it brings "aliveness" into our house and sometimes stillness, movement and loudness.
The neighbors around us are nice and we support and help each other.
Location:
The area next to Gorlitzer Park, 5 mins walk to the M29 Bus Stop.
About the flat:
- 5 rooms flat in Kreuzberg next to Görlitzer Park, 4th floor, renovated old building: high ceilings, kitchen, living room, bathroom with bathtub and shower as well, balcony. Well equipped: washing machine, 2 fridges, dishwasher.
-The room for rent: 14 m2 room, with a double bed and a closet.
Rent includes electricity, internet, broadcasting fee costs. Monthly household/cleaning products.
Anmeldung /Registration: It is NOT POSSIBLE.
Monthly rent in total: 460 € plus 1 month deposit.
