The flat has a dishwasher, balcony, washing machine, and clothes dryer. There is a shared living room where it is possible to work from home. It is located on the fourth floor with an elevator. The room itself is very large, with three big windows, making it very bright in the daytime. There is a large bed and sofa with a bed function, as well as plenty of storage space.
The flat is located in Friedrichshain, a short walk away from Ostkreuz station, and is therefore surrounded by cafés, supermarkets, spätis, and bars. Public transport is very accessible.
The two roommates, Gaia and Friedrich, are 26 and 27, and both working hybrid full-time. Gaia is Italian and working at a university, while Friedrich is from Berlin and working at Charité. They are both calm and friendly people, and would like someone that is either working or studying. It is not a party WG but it is important that the roommates get along and sometimes spend an evening together, when possible. There is also a weekly cleaning plan.
Queer friendly is a must!
The total rent warm is 470€ for the whole time from 21st December to 15th January, with an initial deposit of 470€. Please message if you are interested, it would be great if you could share some information about yourself, such as your age, occupation, and interests :)
