The appartment is very spacious with 4 rooms ( 2 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 abstellkammer and a balcony). It's on the last floor soit very luminous and has great views on the canal. But be careful its on the fifth floor without lift.
There is a dishwasher, a washing machine, a bathroom with a shower and one with a tub for maximal confort.
In each bedroom there is a double bed and in the big living room a sleep couch. We use the little living room for sports (yoga) and creative activity, there's a big table there as well.
You can enjoy nice sunsets from our balcony and go there also if you're a smoker so you don't have to go dowm 5 floors ;)

The appartement is situated in a rather quiet area but not far away from restaurants /cafés and public transport.
There are 3 nice areas with cafés and shops at a 10 minutes walk :
Rixdorf, Böhmischer Platz and Wildenbruchstraße. In the last one ther's alos our favorite cinema : Wolf Kino.
For public transportation you can walk 2 minutes to the bus 171, 5 to the M41 and 10 to the Ringbahnstation Sonnenallee, quite practical ;)
For groceries, there are 2 Rewe in the area, one Nahkauf and a Lidl and Netto as well.

My partner is travelling for a month and so his bedroom is free.

You'd have you own bedroom and bathroom. We'd share the rest, which would be : a kitchen and 2 living rooms, one with a projector , quite cozy in the winter.

I could also imagige sharing the flat with a couple, it'd just be a bit more expensive because of the extra charges.

We'll make space for your things of course and might ask to water our plants, we have a few.
We're happy to welcome you regardless of your religion, origin, sexual orientation etc
What we don't want though is you to come to party in the appartment, let's make it clear.
