I’m offering my cozy room for sublet in one of the most beautiful corners of Kreuzberg! The room is perfect for anyone looking to enjoy peace and quiet but who also appreciates a sense of community. A particular highlight is the balcony, which offers a stunning view of the canal. Additionally, there is a full bathroom as well as a second guest toilet.
Die Lage direkt am Park ist unschlagbar ruhig und trotzdem bist du mitten im lebendigen Kreuzberg, wo alles, was das Herz begehrt, nur einen Katzensprung entfernt ist.

The location, right next to a park, is incredibly peaceful, yet you’re in the heart of vibrant Kreuzberg, with everything you could wish for just a stone’s throw away.
In der restlichen Wohnung erwarten dich eine große Küche, ein offener Wohnbereich mit bequemer Sofaecke und großem Esstisch sowie ein riesiger Balkon und ein Dach, das dir einen tollen Blick über die Berliner Skyline schenkt.
Wir (ein Paar) wohnen in der restlichen Wohnung zusammen mit drei tollen Freunden. Hier sind wir eine kleine Gemeinschaft, die gerne zusammen kocht, Filme schaut oder einfach mal einen entspannten Abend verbringt. Natürlich kannst du dich jederzeit zurückziehen – alles kann, nichts muss. Wir sind alle zwischen 27 und 35.

In the rest of the flat, you’ll find a spacious kitchen, an open living area with a comfy sofa corner and a large dining table, as well as a huge balcony and a rooftop with a fantastic view of the Berlin skyline.
We (a couple) live in the rest of the flat along with three wonderful friends. Together, we form a small community that loves to cook, watch movies, or just enjoy relaxed evenings together. Of course, you’re always welcome to join, but you’re equally free to keep to yourself – everything is possible, nothing is mandatory. We are all between 27 and 35.
Falls du zu zweit bist oder einfach mehr Platz benötigst, kannst du außerdem ein zusätzliche 1-Zimmer Wohnung mit 50 m² für 1200 € dazu mieten. Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Eingang, ist aber durch einem Gang mit der Restlichen Wohnung Zugänglich.

If you’re a couple or simply need more space, you can also rent an additional 1-bedroom apartment (50 m²) for €1,200. This apartment has its own private entrance but is also accessible through a corridor connecting it to the main flat.
