Hello,
as I am moving out, I am renting my lovely spacious room in an altbau in the best kiez in town.
You will have a big, over 20sqm for yourself, where you can easily get homey and fit a nice big bed, sofa and still have space letf. There is a nice cozy kitchen with washing machine and a small, but just enough bathroom.
The room comes completly empty (although if you like I could leave you the wardrobe system, tbd.)
There is no shared space and it is more of a Zweck-WG, although you will still have plenty of opporunities to have a nice chat with the other tentant - she is super sweet.
It's important that you are not a party person and treat your home rather as a wind-down space, you are open and respectful communicator.
It's a long term agreement and I would love to find someone who is here to stay. Anmeldung is possible.

The location is prime. Wrangelkiez is def my favourite, with so many good restaurants, bars around.
5 min from U-bahn Schlesisches Tor and 1 stop or 15 min walk to Warschauer Str.
Rewe 3 min away, Lidl and DM 5 min away.
Yoga and fitness studios all around, and overall its a great lively place to be!
You will be sharing the apartment with one female in her early 30. Very easy going, quiet dancer, coach and massus.
She works half time from home and helf form studios.
Like i mentioned, it's more of a zweck-WG, so it's important you also have your things going on and you're an independent one.
