(English below) Da ich im Januar/Februar in Indien sein werde, möchte ich gerne mein WG-Zimmer untervermieten. Das Zimmer befindet sich im DG eines direkt am Rummelsburger See gelegenen Doppelhauses. Das Zimmer hat einen eigenen Balkon, ist sehr sonnig und bietet einen wunderschönen Blick auf den See sowie auf einen angrenzenden Park. Im DG befindet sich sonst nur noch ein Wannenbad mit Dusche/WC. Die Kaltmiete beträgt 490 Euro pro Monat. In den NK von 90 Euro pro Monat sind eine Internetflat sowie alle weiteren Betriebskosten enthalten.
Die WG ist über 3 Etagen verteilt und verfügt über eine große Wohnküche (ca. 40 qm) und eine sehr schöne Dachterrasse (ca. 20 qm). Außer mir wohnen Katharina (Juristin, arbeitet bei einer Abgeordneten des Bundestags) und Felix (Architekt) in der WG.

Since I'll be in India during January/February I'd like to rent my room during that period. The room has a nice view of Lake Rummelsburg and of a park with trees. It is very sunny and quiet. Please send me an email in case you are interested.
