Hi! I’m renting out my room while I’m out of town. It’s a very spacious furnished room. Photos are just taken (I’ll be taking out my stuff out so that you have plenty of space for yours). Bedroom faces the backyard and it’s extremely quite.
You’ll be sharing the house with my two very nice and quiet roomates, having access to a full equipped spacious kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub. Amazing area in Kreuzkölln, close to Hermannplatz and the canal, full of bars and restaurants within minutes.
The only remark is that the room has a coal-based heating system instead of radiators, so you will need to set the oven once a day to warm it up. But don’t worry, my roomates can do it for you or teach you how to do it yourself. It’s quite simple and works great!
Price would be 300€ per week or 600€ for the month (200€ deposit in any case). Renting period: 03/01/25 - 01/02/25. Longers stays are not possible unfortunately! No anmeldung either as it’s just temporary.
