Hi! I’m renting out my room while I’m out of town. It’s a very spacious furnished room. Photos are just taken. Bedroom faces the backyard and it’s extremely quite.
You’ll be sharing the house with my two very nice roomates, having access to a full equipped spacious kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub. Amazing area in Kreuzkölln, close to Hermannplatz and the canal, full of bars and restaurants within minutes.
The only remark is that the room has a coal-based heating system instead of radiators, so you will need to set the oven once a day to warm it up. But don’t worry, my roomates can do it for you or teach you how to do it yourself. It’s quite simple and works great!
PRICE would be 370€ + 200€ deposit.
RENTING PERIOD AVAILABLE: 19/01/25- 01/02/25. Longers stays are not possible unfortunately! No anmeldung either as it’s just a temporary offer.
