I am looking for a lovely flatmate to stay for 1-3-6 months, or possibly longer/longterm, starting from January 1st 2025...
The room I am offering is 18sqm in size, bright, cozy and furnished ! From your window you have a great view onto "Landwehrkanal", since the flat is on 5th floor directly under the roof.
_THE FLAT
The kitchen is fully equipped (including dishwasher & microwave oven). The washing machine is located in the bathroom with bath tub. The living room benefits from amazing direct sun light, and has a very warm and cozy ambience. The bedroom window overlooks the canal, you’ll definitely have premium views of Berlin.
There’s a place to lock your bike in the back patio.
Neighbours are quiet and friendly.
_THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
If you have never been to Berlin before, let me assure you: This is the best Hood to live in within this great city. If you have been to Berlin before, you probably share my opinion on that.
The subway station (Schönleinstr.) of the U8-Line is in 2 minute walking distance.
The infamous weekly food market happens to be in front of the house twice a week.

Januar 2025 für 1 - 3- 6 Monate (wenn es passt ggf. auch für länger) eine entspannte(n) MitbewohnerIn für ein gemütliches helles möbliertes Zimmer in einer schönen, intelligent-geschnittenen 3-Zimmer Dachgeschosswohnung (80qm), direkt am Maybachufer mit entsprechendem Blick ! ... (siehe Fotos)

Im 5. Stock gelegen, besteht die gut geschnittene Dachgeschosswohnung, aus insgesamt 3 Zimmern (2 Schlafzimmer + Wohnzimmer). Die Küche, die wir uns teilen ist voll ausgestattet, es gibt auch Geschirrspüler & Mikrowelle. Im Wannenbad steht auch die Waschmaschine.
