Das Zimmer ist 21qm groß, Küche und Bad (zusammen 20qm) werden mit mir geteilt. Sehr schönes, künstlerisches Ambiente, ruhig, super Haus, in einem als Wohnung umgebauten Laden in einem Altbau, alles da was Frau braucht. Gemütlich, möbliert, W-Lan, ideal für Arbeitsaufenthalt in Berlin, Anmeldung möglich für die 3 Monate, keine Party-WG. Homeoffice ist nicht möglich, Frau, 30+ mit Festanstellung. Onlinebesichtigung möglich, ich kann mehr Fotos schicken.
Beautiful room available for 3 months (January to March2025) opposite the cemeteries in the quiet part of the iconic Bergmannstrasse, Berlin Kreuzberg (U-Südstern). The room is 21sqm, kitchen and bathroom (together 20sqm) are shared with me. Very nice, artistic ambience, quiet, great house, in a store converted into an apartment in an old building, everything a woman needs is there. Comfortable, furnished, W-Lan, ideal for work stays in Berlin, registration possible for the 3 months, no party flat share. Home office is not possible, woman, 30+ with permanent employment. Online tour possible, I can send more photos.
