Das Zimmer hat eine Flügeltür zum gemeinsamen Wohnzimmer (ca. 25qm) mit Zugang zum Balkon. Das Wohnzimmer darf mitbenutzt werden und ist mit zwei Sofas und einem (Gäst*innen-)Bett ausgestattet. Rauchen ist außerdem auf dem Balkon möglich.
A spacious, bright, lovingly furnished room (approx. 22 square meters) with high windows and a high ceiling is available for rent. The room is fully furnished with several chests of drawers, a wardrobe and a large bed (1.80m x 2.00m). The room has a double door to the shared living room (approx. 25sqm) with access to the balcony. The living room can be shared and is equipped with two sofas and a (guest) bed. Smoking is also possible on the balcony.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Herzen Neuköllns angrenzend am Rathaus Neukölln. Fußläufig sind alle Geschäfte, Restaurants, Bars & Cafés im Donaukiez, auf der Sonnenallee & auf der Karl - Marx - Str. zu erreichen. Es ist eine sehr lebhafte Gegend und es herrscht häufig ein buntes Treiben auf der Straße. Viele Menschen verschiedener Kulturen und Generationen kommen hier zusammen.
Es gibt einen Neuköllner Markt, der ebenfalls gut zu erreichen ist. Außerdem ist der ÖPNV sehr gut angebunden mit der U7 (Rathaus Neukölln) und angrenzend auch der Ring (Neukölln S- bf).
The apartment is located in the heart of Neukölln adjacent to the Neukölln town hall. All shops, restaurants, bars and cafés in the Donaukiez, on Sonnenallee and on Karl - Marx - Str. are within walking distance. It is a very lively area and there is often a lot of activity on the streets. Many people of different cultures and generations come together here.
There is a Neukölln market, which is also easy to reach. In addition, public transport is very well connected with the U7 (Neukölln town hall) and the adjacent ring (Neukölln S-bf).
Wir sind eine sehr familiäre Wohngemeinschaft, da wir schon vor dem Zusammenwohnen miteinander befreundet waren. Wir haben ein sehr offenes und enges WG Leben. Wir kochen füreinander, wir tauschen uns viel aus, haben gerne Besuch und verbringen vor allem Zeit in unserem gemeinsamen, gemütlichen Wohnzimmer. (Fotos auf Anfrage möglich)
Du würdest mit Mareike (sie/ihr), 30, berufstätig, zusammenleben. Mareike arbeitet im Home - Office und ist deshalb tagsüber viel Zuhause. Uns ist es wichtig, dass die Arbeits - und Schlafenszeiten des Anderen respektiert werden und wir Rücksicht aufeinander nehmen. Wir mögen es außerdem gerne gemütlich, deshalb ist uns Ordnung und Sauberkeit sehr wichtig.
Wir möchten in jedem Fall vermeiden, dass Vortrinken, Partys oder gar After Hours bei uns stattfinden. Wir gehen zwar auch gerne mal Feiern, aber möchten dies gerne weiterhin außerhalb unserer Wohnung veranstalten. Unser Zuhause soll vor allem ein Wohlfühl-Ort sein, in dem wir auch mal runterkommen können und unsere Ruhe haben.
We have a very family-like shared apartment, as we were friends before we lived together. We have a very open and close shared life. We cook for each other, we exchange ideas a lot, we enjoy having visitors and, above all, we spend time in our shared, cozy living room. (Photos possible on request)
You would live with Mareike (she/her), 30, working. Mareike works in the home office and is therefore at home a lot during the day. It is important to us that each other's working and sleeping times are respected and that we show consideration for one another. We also like things to be cozy, so order and cleanliness are very important to us.
In any case, we want to avoid pre-drinking, parties or even after hours taking place here. We like to go to parties every now and then, but we would like to continue to do so outside of our apartment. Above all, our home should be a place of well-being where we can relax and have some peace and quiet.
Ich würde für den Zeitraum eine Kaution von 200 Euro veranschlagen, falls etwas kaputt geht. Einen Untermietvertrag können wir aufsetzen, in dem wir alles festhalten.
Wie viele Sachen du mitbringst und wie viel Stauraum dann freigeräumt werden sollte, können wir individuell besprechen.
Ich wäre dir außerdem von Herzen dankbar, wenn du meine Pflanzen gießt.
I would estimate a deposit of 200 euros for the period in case something breaks. We can draw up a sublease agreement in which we record everything.
