Das Zimmer ist sehr groß, hell und hat alles was es zum Leben braucht: Bett, Sofa, Schreibtisch und zusätzlicher Bürotisch, Kleiderkommode... Es ist alles da. Auch die Wohnküche ist sehr schön, an Gewürzen und Kochutensilien soll es dir bei uns auch nicht mangeln! Gasherd und Heizung.

Die Lage ist mit 3 Gehminuten von der Tramstation und 7 Minuten zur Ringbahn sehr komfortabel. Die Wohngegend ist ruhig und man kann schöne Spaziergänge in Richtung Prenzlauer Berg-Zentrum oder auch in Richtung Weißensee unternehmen.
The location is very convenient, 3 minutes walk from the tram station and 7 minutes from the Ringbahn. The residential area is quiet and you can take lovely walks towards Prenzlauer Berg center or towards Weissensee.
Mein Mitbewohner ist sehr cool und auch sehr offen, es wäre schön wenn ihr euch bei der Besichtigung auch kennenlernt und ein Bisschen unterhaltet. Er ist auf jeden Fall sehr korrekt und vor Allem auch Frauen werden sich in der WG denke ich wohlfühlen, da man mit Nika echt super quatschen kann und sich immer gesehen fühlt.
My roommate is very cool and very open, it would be nice if you could get to know each other and chat a bit when you visit. He is definitely very polite and I think women in particular will feel at home in the shared apartment, as you can chat really well with Nika and always feel seen.
Wichtig ist die Kaution, da ich abgesichert sein möchte, falls in der Wohnung etwas kaputt geht. Ansonsten wünsche ich mir dass meine Sachen gut behandelt werden und sich an die Regeln gehalten wird. Wir sind ein drogenfreier Haushalt und Haustiere sind leider auch nicht erlaubt. Ansonsten eben genau so verhalten, wie du es dir wünschen würdest wenn jemand in dein Zimmer einzieht :-)
The deposit is important because I want to be covered if something breaks in the apartment. Apart from that, I want my things to be treated well and the rules to be followed. We are a drug-free household and unfortunately pets are not allowed. Apart from that, just behave as you would want someone to move into your room :-)
