Wir vermieten unsere Wohnung vom 14.01.-18.02.2025 (5 Wochen). Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und ruhig und um die Ecke vom Tempelhofer Feld.
Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und hat Zugang zu einer großen Terasse. In der Wohnung gibt es ein großes Wohnzimmer, eine gemütliche Küche und natürlich ein Bad. Du teilst die Wohnung mit unserer netten Mitbewohnerin Joana und voraussichtlich noch einer weiteren Person. Joana nutzt einen eigenen Eingang und ein eigenes Bad, sodass ihr euch nur die Küche teilt. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Stock (ohne Aufzug!).
Wir suchen ruhige und zuverlässige Mieter*innen. Partys sind nicht möglich.

We are renting our apartment from January 14th to February 18th, 2025 (5 weeks). The apartment is very bright and quiet and around the corner from Tempelhofer Feld.
The room is very bright and has access to a large terrace. The apartment has a large living room, a cozy kitchen and of course a bathroom. You will share the apartment with our nice roommate Joana and probably one other person. Joana has her own entrance and bathroom, so you only share the kitchen. The apartment is on the 5th floor (no elevator!).
We are looking for quiet and reliable tenants. Parties are not possible.
Zentrale Lage im schönen Schillerkiez: Bars, Restaurants, Cafés, Supermärkte und öffentlicher Nahverkehr in Laufweite. 10 Minuten zur S-Bahn Hermannstraße und zur U-Bahn Leinestraße. Das Tempelhofer Feld ist direkt um die Ecke und auch zur Hasenheide ist es nicht weit.

Central location in the beautiful Schillerkiez: bars, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and public transport within walking distance. 10 minutes to the Hermannstraße S-Bahn and the Leinestraße U-Bahn. Tempelhofer Feld is just around the corner and it's not far to Hasenheide either.
Unser WG-Leben ist sehr entspannt und locker. Wir sitzen gerne in der Küche zusammen und quatschen und kochen auch gelegentlich zusammen aber das ist kein Muss.

Our shared apartment life is very relaxed and easy-going. We like to sit together in the kitchen and chat and occasionally cook together, but that's not a must.
