Hi there, my daughter (21 years) will start an Erasmus semester in Italy in February lasting until July. During this time we would like to rent her room to a student, trainee or whatever.
The apartment is on ground floor and 1st floor. The room for rent is on the 1st floor which has 2 rooms and a bathroom. The bathroom you will share with my second daughter, which is 17 years old. The room is fully furnished, very quiet, has WiFi and high speed Internet. Bed linen and towels we can provide at no extra costs. Even a piano is available.
On the ground floor there is the kitchen, the living room, 2 other rooms and a bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen and garden you can use of course. The apartment is centrally located and close to subway U2 and tram lines M1 and 50. S-Bahn "Pankow" is 5-10 min by walk. Viewing is possible and recommended. If you can't arrange a personal viewing, a zoom call would be mandatory.
