The room finds itself in a Hausprojekt (communal housing project) in the area close to the Gesundbrunnen Center. The neighborhood is Wedding still.
I'm looking for a responsible and friendly person who will take care of my room while I'm not there and who can commit to coomunicate openly and assertively with the house mates whenever a question arises :)
The rent is paid upfront every month, it is preferable if you can pay the two months in advance.
Unfortunately no pets are allowed :(
I cannot offer anmeldung as it is very short term.
The house has an enormous garden that you can use, and we also have a atelier (workshop with library) where you can study or do homeoffice.
If u have further questions we can arrange a short call.
We gladly welcome immigrants and newcomers in the city.
