Ich vermiete mein WG-Zimmer in Neukölln befristet von Mitte Februar bis Juni, da ich für ein paar Monate nach Athen gehe.
Die Wohnung, die du dir mit einer weiteren Person teilst (36, Kunststudium, jetzt IT-Projektmanagerin), ist 145 m² groß. Sie verfügt über eine riesige, offene Wohnküche mit angrenzendem Balkon – perfekt für gemeinsames Kochen und Entspannen, wenn ihr wollt.
Dein Zimmer ist vollständig eingerichtet und verfügt über ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne direkt gegenüber. Die Zimmer meiner Mitbewohnerin befinden sich am anderen Ende des Wohn- und Essbereichs.
Die Wohnung ist ganz neu. Das Zimmer ist für eine Einzelperson gedacht und nicht geeignet für Paare oder Hardcore-Partyfans. Ihr wisst denke ich, was ich meine. Ansonsten ist unsere WG super entspannt und aufgeschlossen. Keine Anmeldung möglich.

I’m renting out my room in Neukölln temporarily from mid-February to June because I am moving to Athens for a few months.
The apartment, which you’ll share with one other person (36, studied art but now works as an IT project manager), is 145 m². It features a huge, open-plan kitchen and living area with an adjacent balcony – perfect for cooking and relaxing together, if you feel like it.
Your room is fully furnished and features a private bathroom with a shower and bathtub right across the hall. The rooms of your roommate are located at the opposite end of the living and dining area.
The apartment is completely new. The room intended for one person and not suitable for couples or hardcore party enthusiasts – you know what I mean. Otherwise, our flatshare is super relaxed and open-minded. No registration is possible for this apartment.

Entspannt und sauber. Meine Mitbewohnerin arbeitet halb im Office, halb von Zuhause aus. Ansonsten geht sie sehr gerne zum Sport, kocht gerne und geht zu Ausstellungen oder ins Kino. Also das Übliche. :)

Relaxed and tidy. My roommate works part-time in the office and part-time from home. She also enjoys going to the gym, cooking, and attending exhibitions or going to the cinema. Just the usual. :)
