Ich bin Morgane (sie/ihr, 25 Jahre alt) und vermiete mein Zimmer für den oben genannten Zeitraum. Nach Absprache wäre ein Einzug auch etwa eine Woche früher oder später möglich. Die Wohnung liegt im 5. Stock und ist mit dem Aufzug erreichbar. Das Zimmer wird möbliert vermietet und ist mit einem Kleiderschrank, einer Kommode, einem Bett und einer Couch ausgestattet. Sowohl das Zimmer als auch die vollständig ausgestattete Küche bieten direkten Zugang zum Balkon.
Die Miete für 5 Wochen beträgt 725 € – inklusive aller Nebenkosten (WLAN, Strom, Gas etc.) Anmeldung nicht möglich.
My name is Morgane (she/her, 25 years old), and I’m renting out my room for the specified period. Moving in about a week earlier or later would also be possible. The apartment is located on the 5th floor and is accessible by elevator. The room is rented out fully furnished, including a wardrobe, a dresser, a bed, and a couch. Both the room and the fully equipped kitchen offer direct access to the balcony. The rent for 5 weeks is €725 – all utilities (Wi-Fi, electricity, gas, etc.) are included. Registration is not possible.
Die Wohnung liegt in Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg. Die U-Bahn Haltestelle Schlesisches Tor ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Haltestellen S + U Warschauerstraße und S Treptower Park sind 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Du würdest während meines Auslandspraktikums mit meinem Mitbewohner Konstantin (er/ihn, 25 Jahre alt) zusammenwohnen. Konstantin widmet sich immer wieder gerne kreativen Projekten und kocht sehr gern. Unsere WG zeichnet sich durch eine lockere Atmosphäre und ein entspanntes Miteinander aus. Einen festen Putzplan gibt es bei uns nicht. Wir achten gegenseitig darauf, dass alles halbwegs ordentlich bleibt. Ich suche eine sympathische Person, die während meiner Abwesenheit mein Zimmer bezieht und gut zu unserer entspannten WG passt.
During my internship abroad, you would be living with my flatmate Konstantin (he/him, 25 years old). Konstantin enjoys working on creative projects and loves cooking. Our shared flat is characterized by a relaxed atmosphere and an easygoing vibe. We don’t have a strict cleaning schedule, but we make sure to keep things reasonably tidy together.
