Our cosy apartment is divided over two floors. It is fully furnished with two separate rooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom.
You will be staying in the downstairs room. This room has a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe, a large couch, a TV, and a desk.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary to cook and bake.
The bathroom has a washing machine and a bathtub.
The apartment is conveniently located near two different S-bahn stations and a bus stop.
There are several supermarkets and corner shops within walking distance.
Nearby the apartment, there are also several areas with bars, restaurants, and shopping.
Normally, the apartment is occupied by me and my wife.
We are women in our early 30s from Sweden and Brazil. We have lived in Berlin for 4 years.
We are now renting out the main room of the apartment for a limited period as we will both be travelling extensively. This means that you will be living alone in the apartment for the majority of the rental period.
We will keep the second room for our us to use during the periods we stay in Berlin.
