Looking for a long-term tenant for a furnished flat located in Frankfurter Tor. It’s just a 1-minute walk to U5 and M10. Anmeldung is possible.
Please note: The flat was unfurnished when I moved in, and I personally bought all the furniture. Therefore, the new tenant will need to purchase half of the furniture before moving in. We can discuss the details, and I’ve documented all the items, which are in great condition (as seen in the pictures).
About the room:
• Small and cozy with morning sunlight
• The window overlooks the balcony
• Previously used as a workspace, but it can easily fit a bed and workstation
What I’m looking for in a tenant:
• Non-smoker (no smoking in the room or flat)
• Not a party person
• Fluent in English
• Keeps their space and common areas clean
I'm a cleand and easygoing person.I’ve really enjoyed living in this apartment and have taken great care of it. I’m looking for someone who will do the same. I work from home and spend most of my time here, so having a good connection with the new tenant is important to me.
