Hallo,
ich bin Daniela und ich suche ab 01.02.2025 nach einem/r Mitbewohner*in.
Das Zimmer ist 17 qm groß, süd-westliche Ausrichtung mit viel Sonne und Licht ab Mittag bis Sonnenuntergang. Das Zimmer ist möbliert (Ausstattung: Bett, Kleiderstangen, Kommode), daher eher für Personen mit wenig Möbel geeignet. In dem Zimmer sind einige meiner Hausplanzen, also es wäre toll wenn du nichts dagegen hast.
Wichtig: mein Zimmer (das Wohnzimmer) ist ein Durchgangzimmer, was aber mit einer Regalwand abgetrennt ist. Bis jetzt war das aber nie ein Problem und das Zummenleben hat immer gut funktioniert.
Badezimmer, klein aber fein mit Badewanne. Küche voll ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Herd mit Ofen. Eigene Waschmaschine im Waschkeller.
I am Daniela and I am looking for a flatmate from 01.02.2025.
The room is 17 square metres, south-west facing with lots of sun and light from midday until sunset. The room is furnished (equipment: bed, clothes rails, chest of drawers), therefore more suitable for people with little furniture. There are some of my house plants in the room, so it would be great if you don't mind.
Important: my room (the living room) is a walk-through room, which is separated by a shelving wall. So far this has never been a problem and living together has always worked well.
Bathroom, small but nice with bathtub. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, cooker with oven. Own washing machine in the laundry room.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im schönen Baumschulenweg, 3 Min Fußweg zur Sbahnstation. Alles was Mensch braucht, gibt es in der Nähe: sämtliche Supermärkte, Drogeriemärkte, Spätis, Cafes, Dönerbudden...und vieles mehr. Es gibt ziemlich gute Verkehrsverbindung überall hin.
Besonders mag ich an der Lage die Nähe zu Wälder (Plänterwald und Königsheide), sowie Britzer Kanal, wo man schöne lange Spaziergänge machen kann.
The flat is located in the beautiful Baumschulenweg, 3 min walk to the S-Bahn station. Everything you need is nearby: all supermarkets, drugstores, late-night shops, cafes, kebab shops...and much more. There are pretty good transport links everywhere.
What I particularly like about the location is the proximity to forests (Plänterwald and Königsheide), as well as the Britzer Kanal, where you can go for nice long walks.
Ich bin 38, jedoch ziemlich jung geblieben. Zuhause bin ich eher ruhig, draußen einen Wirbelwind.
Mir sind offene und ehrliche Kommunikation extrem wichtig, das erwarte ich auch von meinen Mitmenschen auch.
Ich koche sehr gerne vegetarisch/vegan, selten gibts bei mir mal Fisch, schön wäre es wenn du auch kein Fleisch isst, ist aber kein Muss. Gemeinsame Kochabende finde ich genauso toll wie Spieleabende.
Ich verbringe momentan gerne Zeit in Bibliotheken, da ich mich da besser konzentrieren kann. Ich arbeite vorwiegend am Wochenende.

Open and honest communication is extremely important to me, and I expect the same from people around me.
I like to cook vegetarian/vegan food, I rarely eat fish, it would be nice if you didn't eat meat either, but it's not a must. I think cooking evenings together are just as great as games evenings.
I like spending time in libraries at the moment because I can concentrate better there. I work at the weekend.
