The flat:
The flat is on the 4th floor of the garden house of a well-kept traditional Berliner Building/”Altbau”. It has a practical layout with plenty of access to sunlight on both sides of the house, with the big windows and the high ceilings creating a very pleasant “Altbauambiente”

one can comfortably reach any place in the whole of Berlin.
