Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert und hat ein großes Bett, einen Schreibtisch mit Stuhl und einen sehr großen Kleiderschrank mit viel Stauraum. Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und ruhig. Es gibt ein großes Badezimmer mit Badewanne und die Küche ist bereits mit allen wichtigen Geräten ausgestattet, darunter eine Waschmaschine und ein Geschirrspüler. Außerdem gibt es einen Balkon, und elnen Abstellraum für alle Reinigungsmittel, einschließlich eines Staubsaugers. Die Miete beinhaltet bereits: Wasser, Gas, Strom und WLAN.
🇬🇧Hey there, I am subletting my room for six months as I am leaving Germany. I am looking for a female subletter that is clean, respectful, and that would take over for the full time.
The room is fully furnished, including a large bed, a desk and chair, and a very big wardrobe with a lot of storage space. A lot of light enters the room and it is very calm. There is a big bathroom with a bathtub, and the kitchen has all the essentials already, including a washing machine and a dishwasher. Additionally, there is a balcony and a storage room for all cleaning materials, including a vacuum. The rent includes: water, gas, electricity and wifi.
🇩🇪Die Wohnung liegt in Charlottenburg Nord, in der Nähe von Siemensstadt, in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Die U7 ist zwei Gehminuten entfernt, n si Sie gut angebunden sind. Es gibt auch einen Netto-Supermarkt in drei Minuten Entfernung, was das Einkaufen sehr einfach macht. Die Wohnung befindet n sist Erdgeschoss. Draußen ist Platz für ein Fahrrad und im Keller kann es sicher abgestellt werden.
🇬🇧The room is located in Charlottenburg Nord, close to Siemensstadt, in a very calm area. The U7 is two minutes away by foot, which leaves you very well connected. There is a Netto three minutes by foot as well, making shopping very easy. The apartment is on the ground floor. There is space outside for a bike, and a basement to store it safely as well.
🇩🇪In der Wohnung gibt es noch zwei weitere Schlafzimmer. Eines gehört meiner Mitbewohnerin, einer sehr netten französischen Studentin, und das andere gehört dem Vermieter, der etwa eine Nacht im Monat wegen der Arbeit dort übernachtet. Für n sist es sehr wichtig, dass jemand die Wohnung sauber hält, für Ordnung sorgt und sich gut mit den anderen Mietern versteht.
🇬🇧There are two other bedrooms in the apartment. One belongs to my flatmate, a very nice French student, and the other belongs to the landlord, who stays for work approximately one night every month. It is very important for us to have someone that is clean, keeps order in the apartment, and likes to get along with the flatmate.
