I am looking for a girl to stay in my room while I travel from February to April 30th, 2025 with the possibility to extend.

My flatmate is Bianca, she is from Indonesia. She is friendly and a very nice person. During your stay, she will be your flatmate. She works in Berlin and sometimes she works from home.

Das Zimmer ist 19 sqm groß mit Balkon. Küche, Flur, und Bad wird geteilt.

Die Haltestelle Grazer Platz/Beckerstraße (Buslinien 187 und 246) ist vier Minuten entfernt, der SBhf Friedenau (S1) ist 10 min und SBhf Innsbrucker Platz (Ringbahn und U4) 15 Minuten entfernt.
Edeka und Netto sind vier bzw. zehn Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, in der Umgebung gibt es auch ein Paar Bäckereien und Eisdielen.

Edeka and Netto are four and ten minutes walk, there are also a couple of bakeries and ice cream stores in the area.

Küche und Bad sind geteilte. In der Küche gibt es eine Spülmaschine, waschmaschiene, kaffemaschiene, toaster, smoothiemaker, ofen, herd und kuhlschrank mit gefrierfach. Das badezimmer hat eine badewanne. Im flur gibt es ein schuhregal, das teilweise geteilt werden kann und kleiderhaken für jacken. Ich lege wert auf eine saubere wohnung und habe mich bisher wöchentlich mit meinen mitbewohnern beim putzen der geteilten räume abgewechselt. Außerdem soll die kuche immer so gelassen wie man sie vorgefunden hat ;)

The kitchen and bathroom are divided. In the kitchen, there is a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, smoothie maker, oven, stove and refrigerator with freezer. The bathroom has a bathtub. In the hallway, there is a shoe rack, which can be partially divided and coat hooks for jackets. I value a clean apartment and have so far taken turns weekly with my roommates in cleaning the shared rooms. Also, the kitchen should always be left as you found it ;)
