Are you a student or a professional looking for a clean and modern space? This apartment has a fresh white decor and is fairly central – get easily anywhere you want from here. Find spots like Checkpoint Charlie (just down the road), the Spy Museum Berlin, and the Modern Art Museum nearby. Meet your friends for a drink or coffee at nearby hotspots. Hop on the U-Bahn to get to your lectures. Saving on rent – without sacrificing location.

The public transport is easily accessible (U and bus) and you can quickly go anywhere. Brandenburger Tor, Potzdammer Platz and Unter den Linden can be reached on foot.

I am moving out, so I am looking for someone to take over my room. The renting process will be made with the landlord with a regular and legal contract. The minimum stay is 3 months with the possibility of extension.
The flat is particularly suited for students and young professionals. The current tenants are very friendly and calm. There is a cleaning schedule every week, where each one does one task. In addition to all furnitures, other items such as dishes, utensils, water-boiler, iron, laundry wrack, and hairdryer, are also provided (shared between tenants).

2. Salary slip or bank statements from you or your sponsor.
3. Proof of enrollment or occupation.
