da meine jetzige Mitbewohnerin mit ihrem Partner zusammen gezogen hat, suche ich eine neue Mitbewohnerin.
Vorab: es ist wichtig, dass die Person berufstätig und mit Katzen schon gelebt hat.
WICHTIG : Anmeldung ist leider erstmal nicht möglich!
Die Wohnung (1.OG) ist mit ca. 65 qm sehr großzügig geschnitten, hat ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne, ein riesiges Wohnzimmer, schöne Küche und 1 Balkon. Die zwei getrennten Zimmer der Wohnung befinden sich in entfernten Bereichen voneinander, getrennt durch das dazwischenliegende Wohnzimmer.
Ich habe an meinem Zimmer einen kleinen Balkon, den wir natürlich zusammen benutzen können. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr gross und hat eine riesige Couch und grosses Esstisch. Die Miete für das WG Zimmer jetzt nicht gerade günstig aber es ist eben auch viel Fläche und die Wohnung liegt sehr Zentral 1 min zu fuss entfernt vom u7/u8 Hermannplatz. Originalmietvertrag kann ich gerne vorlegen - ich verdiene nichts an dem Zimmer :)

Die Wohnung selbst ist komplett möbliert; Dinge wie Glühbirnen, Duschvorhang etc. werden aus der WG Kasse bezahlt. Außerdem putzen wir. Jetzt nicht alle 3 Tage aber 1x die Woche saugen sollte irgendwie drin sein.
Ich bin selbstständige Kamerafrau und bin sehr viel unterwegs. Ich habe eine Katze die ich aus der Ukraine gerettet habe und daher ist mir sehr sehr wichtig dass Miene Mitbewohnerin eine Katzenliebhaber ist. Ich gucke gerne Filme ,höre Musik, mache sport wenn ich Zeit hab und spiele Schlagzeug (Keine Sorge nicht zu Hause :) Ich liebe auch Kochen und auch teilen. Ich komme aus İstanbul und lebe seit 10 Jahren in Berlin . Manchmal kann es sein dass ich ein Paar Monate weg bin wenn ich ein längeres Projekt im Ausland habe.
Ich bin kein Party mensch aber mag auch ab und zu mal Freunde zum Abendessen einladen und für die kochen usw. Da meine Katze aensgtlich ist , tendiere ich eher zu Hause keine Parties zu haben.

Since my current roommate has moved in with her partner, I am looking for a new roommate.
Important: The person should be employed and have experience living with cats.
IMPORTANT: Unfortunately, registration (Anmeldung) is not possible at the moment!
The apartment (1st floor) is quite spacious with approximately 65 sqm. It has a bathroom with a bathtub, a huge living room, a nice kitchen, and a balcony. The two separate rooms of the apartment are located in distant areas from each other, separated by the living room in between.
My room has a small balcony, which we can, of course, share. The living room is very large and has a huge couch and a big dining table. The rent for the WG room is not exactly cheap, but the apartment has a lot of space and is very centrally located—just a 1-minute walk from U7/U8 Hermannplatz. I am happy to show you the original rental contract—I am not making any profit from the room. :)
The room is partially furnished (see photos). The apartment itself is fully furnished. Things like light bulbs, shower curtains, etc., are covered by the WG fund. Also, we clean—not every three days, but vacuuming once a week should be manageable.
I am a freelance cinematographer and travel a lot for work. I have a cat that I rescued from Ukraine, so it is very, very important to me that my roommate is a cat lover. I enjoy watching movies, listening to music, doing sports when I have time, and playing the drums (don’t worry—not at home!). I also love cooking and sharing food. I am originally from Istanbul and have been living in Berlin for 10 years. Sometimes, I might be away for a couple of months if I have a long-term project abroad.
I’m not a party person, but I do like to invite friends over for dinner and cook for them occasionally. Since my cat is quite anxious, I tend to avoid having parties at home.
