The room is 24m2, the window faces the courtyard. The rent (€555) includes all the costs, and the deposit is €750.
The contract is Unbefristet and Anmeldung is possible :D
All the furniture would stay except the mattress, meaning you’d have to pay an Abschlag of €800 to take over them, that also includes dishwasher, fridge, washing machine. I also payed for this when I moved in
The apartment is situated in a beautiful Altbau in the sought-after Rote Insel in Schöneberg. Lots of supermarkets, restaurants, and everything you need in the area. Well connected: S1, Ringbahn, bus lines, and U7 within walking distance. In the Hauptstraße there's all sorts of restaurants, spätis, supermarkets, fitness studios, kinos
You would share the apartment with a guy in his late 30s who keeps to himself. The ther one is about to move in! The vibe in the flat is more like a Zweck-WG
Your contract would begin the 1st of march, but I'm moving out this week so you could sublet the last two weeks of February as well :D We can talk about the price.
