Sehr schönes, Zimmer mit Balkon und Erker, in das gerade morgens und vormittags viel Licht fällt. Das Zimmer ist voll ausgestattet mit höhenverstellbarem Schreibtisch, Bett, Couch, Lesesessel etc. Die hohen Decken und der Stuck machen es zu einem echt schönen Zimmer.
Very nice room with balcony and bay window, which gets a lot of light in the mornings. The room is fully equipped with a height-adjustable desk, bed, couch, reading chair, etc. The high ceilings and the stucco make it a real eye-catcher.
Direkt an der Ringbahn und der U Reinickendorfer Straße (U6), also perfekt gelegen. 200m weiter bist du schon in Mitte, es ist also der Teil vom Wedding, der sehr nah am Stadtzentrum liegt.

Sehr herzliches Miteinander, auch wenn wir alle viel unterwegs sind und arbeiten. Du wirst zusammen wohnen mit Julia und Rafa, beides sehr herzliche Mitbewohner:innen. Wir sind alle befreundet und absolut keine Zweck-WG, allerdings auch viel unterwegs und busy, weshalb Du ausreichend Ruhe hast. Die beiden sind berufstätig - und das Zimmer bietet ausreichend Raum, um sich zurückzuziehen. Eine Putzkraft ist im Preis inbegriffen.
We're very friendly with each other, even though we're out a lot and work a lot. You'll be living with Julia and Rafa, both very friendly flatmates. We are all friends and absolutely not a purpose-built flat share, but we also travel a lot and are busy, so you will have plenty of peace and quiet. Both of them work - and the room offers enough space to retreat. A cleaner is included in the price.
