Das helle Zimmer ist 19m³ groß und möbliert mit Bett, Schränken, Couch, Schreibtisch&Stuhl. Falls du etwas davon nicht benötigst, haben wir auch einen Keller zum zwischenlagern.
Die Wohnung hat ein Wohnzimmer mit Balkon zur Mitnutzung, die Küche is voll ausgestattet und Internet/WLAN jibt’s ooch.
Du bist sympathisch und offen? Du lebst bewusst und Nachhaltigkeit ist kein Fremdwort für dich? Du schaffst es Küche&Bad so ordentlich zu hinterlassen, wie du diese vorfinden möchtest? ;)
Du bist Nichtraucher:in 🚭 und musst nicht täglich Fleisch essen? 🌱

Hi there, we offer a nice furnished room in our shared apartment:
The big and bright room is fully furnished with a bed, cabinets, desk&chair and couch. The flat has a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with balcony.. and internet/wifi of course.
You are personable and open-minded? You live consciously and sustainability is not a foreign word for you? You manage to leave kitchen and bathroom as tidy as you would like to find them? ;)
You are a non-smoker and you don't have to eat meat every day?

Unsere große 3er-WG ist Teil eines schönen Altbaus am Roedeliusplatz.
Der U-Bhf. Magdalenenstr. ist in 4min zu Fuß zu erreichen.. die U-bahn braucht 10min bis Mitte/Alexanderplatz und 20min bis zum Hauptbahnhof. Eine Station weiter ist die Ringbahn (S+U Frankfurter Allee). Von da sind’s 15min bis PrenzlBerg oder KreuzKölln.

It’s a big shared apartment of 3 in a great old building at Roedeliusplatz. It’s 4 minutes by foot to U-Bahn station Magdalenenstraße. From there it takes you 10mins to Mitte/Alexanderplatz and 20 mins to Central Station. It’s one stop to Ringbahn (S+U Frankfurter Allee) and 15mins to Prenzlauer Berg or Kreuzberg.
Für’s WG-Miteinander wünschen wir uns eine entspannte, vertraute und freundschaftliche Basis…
Da wir beide berufstätig sind, is uns die Wohnung aber ebenso als Rückzugs- und Erholungsort wichtig… falls du eine Studenten/Party-WG suchst, also eher das falsche :)
Für die “WG-Harmonie” wäre rauchfrei eine Voraussetzung, außerdem fänden wir es gut, wenn du dich wie wir (überwiegend) vegetarisch ernährst und auf eine nachhaltige Lebensweise Wert legst!
Wir sind nicht übermäßig penibel, aber jeder sollte sich doch soweit im Griff haben, dass die Gemeinschaftsräume immer sauber gehalten werden. Für's herstellen einer Grundordnung haben wir einen Putzplan.
